What is LevUL up?

For Autumn semester '21, the LevUL up programme comprises 2 parts: a Digital Skills Awareness Course (joinable site on Sulis) plus a calendar of Live Online Workshops (workshop details below) focusing on a range of digital skills and literacies. Workshops will run for a 6-week timeframe starting on the week of Sept. 20th and running until the week of Oct 29th. Workshops will be delivered by both staff and students and recordings will be available afterwards. Workshops will be repeated on a few occasions during this 6-week timeframe to facilitate as many interested students as possible to register and attend.

Related Initiatives

The First Seven Weeks (F7W) is an initiative at the University of Limerick designed to provide strong, enhanced and targeted support to students during the very early weeks of their time as UL students.

All of our Learning Support Centres provide spaces where students feel comfortable about raising issues that may help them to study or learn more effectively and build their confidence and self-esteem. They help students to tackle challenges in maths, science, IT, writing and through peer supported learning.

The Digital Learner Support Hub (DLSH) is a collaboration of the 5 UL Learning Centres (Maths LC, Science LC, ICT LC, Peer-Support LC, and Regional Writing Centre) that offers a common gateway to access support from the centres for the various disciplines supported. This hub was created under funding from the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching & Learning.
To join DLSH just follow the link below or alternatively click into and scan the QR code. If it is your first time visiting, click “Yes, Add Me” when prompted. If you have any questions please check out our website or contact us at dlsh@ul.ie.
