Title: Digital Wellbeing: A Student Perspective

Description: Digital wellbeing is synonymous with physical wellbeing and there are great applications for desktop and mobile that you can use through University to combat anxiety, stress & burnout by utilizing applications designed to improve your mental and physical wellbeing as well as your online safety and identity.
