Course Overview

Increased stress, burnout, always being ‘on’, and reduction in motivation and engagement are just a few examples of the challenges faced by employees today. Learning how to foster resilience and address these challenges has become more important than ever before. People who cultivate characteristics of resilience are better able to adapt to stress and adversity, are more agile, engaged, and can cope better with ambiguity. In this session, we focus on the Five Pillars of Workplace Wellbeing; Energy, Future Focus, Inner Drive, Flexible Thinking and Strong Relationships. This proactive approach to managing stress and building and sustaining healthy high performance educates and empowers individuals to take ownership of their own resilience and wellbeing, helping them face their individual challenges with less stress.

THE MASTERCLASS WILL ENABLE YOU TO

• Understand what resilience is for you and why it is important to build resilience in order to better manage the stress you face.

• Develop a new awareness of how you perceive stress, and learn how this awareness offers you choices for stress management.

• Explore how the Five Pillars framework can increase your sense of control over your situation, building on your existing stress management strategies to improve resilience and adaptability.
