Programme Creation: Design Phase One

This is the longest phase of the ICDF Process.

Starting 12-18 months prior to the proposed start date of your new or redesigned curriculum, this phase begins with your Programme team creating the case for the changes by scoping and appraising the landscape, and culminates in your submission of the APRC documentation.

The ICDF Process scaffolds the journey that you and your Programme team will take, as you make your design decisions.
