Strategies  to give Effective and Efficient Feedback to Students

To be held on Wed May 25th at 11am to 1pm.

Effective feedback is important to students so that they can be praised for what they do well, learn from their mistakes and improve their next piece of work. It also enables them to regulate and direct their own learning.  However, academics often note that a lot of effort and time goes into giving feedback and it is often not implemented by students. In this workshop, we will reflect on possible approaches to feedback  that are effective in enabling student learning and that are efficient to implement.

We will also explore opportunities for audio-based feedback with the existing supported platforms.
