IT Security Awareness Training

It is important for the University and our stakeholders that everyone is aware of their IT Security responsibilities.

The UL IT Security Awareness Training is still available on Sulis. All UL staff are required to complete this course. 

Step-by-step Guide:

Step 1: Login to SULIS with your UL email address and your password. 

Step 2: Go to the UL Staff Training tab (as below) and use the drop down menu to select UL IT Security Awareness Training 2023.

Step 3: If you cannot see the site in your top banner, you will find it in the “Professional Development” section (marked 1) of your site list which can be found by clicking on the icon in the top right hand corner. 

The UL IT Security Awareness Training 2023 online course will be listed in your UL Staff Training menu (marked 2).

Step 4: Clicking the link will launch the course.

You may be asked to enable pop-ups to allow the course to fully launch, if you have not done so previously.

Having completed the course and successfully passed the quiz, your training record will be updated to state that you have satisfied the mandatory training requirement.  If you start this training on one device, please complete it on that same device so that the completion report is updated. 

Please note, the course will not be added in your CoreHr training record.

If you are new, please allow some weeks for the course to be added to the SULIS site.
