The Data Protection eLearning course is still available on Sulis. All UL staff are required to complete this course. 

Step-by-step Guide:

Step 1: Login to SULIS with your UL email address and your password.

Step 2: Go to the UL Staff Training tab (as below)

Step 3: If you cannot see the site in your top banner, you will find it in the “Professional Development” section of your site list.

You can find the link to the “UL Data Protection” in the left hand menu of the site.

Step 4: Clicking the link will launch the course.

You may be asked to enable pop-ups to allow the course to fully launch, if you have not done so previously.

Use the arrows in the bottom right hand corner to navigate through the course.

Please note, the course will not be added in your CoreHr training record.
If you are new, there may be a delay for your profile to be added to the SULIS site.
