This course is a requirement for anyone who participates in Interview Selection boards.

The course will take less than 1 hour to complete. This includes a quiz which must be passed to complete the course. (80% pass grade)
You can leave the course and come back to the same place, at a later time.
Step-by-step Guide to access Interviewer Skills
Step 1:Login to SULIS with your UL email address and your password.
Step 2: Click the “Sites” box in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Step 3: Under “Professional Development”, select your department Online Training from the list. Click on the arrow beside it and select “Interviewer Skills” from the dropdown.
Note: <your department> is the name of the department you are a member of. For example if you are in the School of Education, this would appear as School of Education Online Training.
