The submission deadlines are as follows:
- Monday, 5th October 2020 @ 12h00
- Monday 2nd November 2020 @ 12h00
- Tuesday 1st December @ 12h00
New applications to EHS Ethics Committee will normally be made by electronic submission of the ethics forms prior to the appropriate meeting deadline. There is a facility to sign the Ethics form digitally. If the form is not signed digitally we will also require a single hard copy signed by the investigators and appropriate department head within 5 working days of electronic submission. The EHS Research Ethics form is currently available at:

Applications can be submitted to our ethics committee email address email@example.com or to firstname.lastname@example.org (Anne O'Brien), who is providing administrative support to the committee. Where electronic signatures are not provided, the signed copy of the form must be sent directly to Anne O'Brien at EHS Faculty Office, Room E1/004.
For applications where the methodology closely matches a previously approved study a system of "chairs approval" can be used. Anyone making this application must also attach the previously approved application.
Note: A Research project completion form must be submitted on the termination of the research project.
