The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission is Ireland’s national human rights and equality institution whose purpose is to promote and protect human rights and equality in Ireland and build a culture of respect for human rights, equality and intercultural understanding in the State. https://www.ihrec.ie/

The Department of Education published a framework for consent in higher education entitled ‘Safe, Respectful, Supportive and Positive – Ending Sexual Violence and Harassment in Irish Higher Education Institutions’ (2019) https://www.education.ie/en/Publications/Education-Reports/framework-for-consent-in-higher-education-institutions.pdf
