The purpose of the Nominating and Governance Committee (NGC) is to recommend to the Governing Authority persons suitable for appointment or reappointment (as the case may be) to the Governing Authority as External Members.
The NGC shall also make recommendations in relation to positions on subsidiary boards which are filled at the nomination of the Governing Authority.
The NGC shall also oversee the process for the annual self-assessment of the Governing Authority and of its committees.
