The object of the Finance, Strategy and Performance Committee (FSPC) is to provide guidance to and support the Governing Authority on the University’s adherence to its functions concerning finance; strategy; and performance monitoring, as outlined in the Universities Act 1997 and the Higher Education Authority Act 2022.
