Limerick Voice won ‘Best Digital’ for their online and social media presence. Managing Editor Molly Cantwell received highly commended in the ‘Outstanding Commitment’ category for her dedication to the publication, while investigative reporter Gemma Good won ‘Best Article’ for her piece covering Limerick Treaty Suicide Prevention’s work.

This is the second year Limerick Voice has been honoured by the SPA. Last year, the team took home the highly coveted 'Best Publication' award. As the UK and Ireland’s largest student media association, the SPA’s annual awards programme recognises the ‘best work’ carried out by student-run publications in eight different regions. The awards were contested by newspapers and platforms across Northern Ireland and the Republic.
