Dr Laura Cahillane on Today with Claire Byrne

On Tuesday morning Dr Laura Cahillane spoke to Claire Byrne on her RTE Radio 1 programme about the fact that the President has called the Council of State to discuss a possible reference to the Supreme Court of the Judicial Appointments Commission Bill. Dr Cahillane explained the role of the Council of State as well as the nature of the Article 26 reference procedure before also discussing the issue of what may be problematic about the proposed Bill.
