Applying Directly to UL

Instructions for Applying Directly to UL

1. Read the ‘Entry Requirements’ for the course you are applying to.
    
2. Visit the relevant course page to find the link to begin your online application:
   • If you are applying to transfer to a UL course from another institution, visit the Transferring to UL from another 3^rd Level Institution through the above link. See Apply to Courses Accepting Transfers section.
      
3. You will now see a screen similar to the below.
   • If you are a current UL student, please log in using your UL username and password.
   • Otherwise, please click New User to create a username and password.
   • Please take note of these in case you need to save your application and return to it later.
      
4. Complete the online application form.
    
5. Upload the required documents. Please note that you may need to attach educational documents to your application (UL graduates do not need to upload UL transcripts).
    
6. Pay the Application Fee of €50 (electronic payment).
    
7. Click Submit.
