Request replacement for lost and/or damaged parchment (€60)

  1. Submit the Request replacement for lost and/or damaged parchment form above.
  2. You will receive confirmation of payment via email.
  3. You will then receive a further email from a member of the Academic Registry team to request that you submit a sworn affidavit (please see here for further information on affidavit).

Note: Physical parchments are not available for pre-2003 graduates. Instead, we can offer a custom e-transcript and custom graduation letter.
