ATTLAS (Access to Third Level Analytical Services)

The ATTLAS website is designed to present HEI infrastructure in a searchable format to all Industry sectors. The aim of the site is to provide information on analytical service capabilities in the Irish HEI sector that are accessible by industry globally to enhance their business opportunities. The website is a Bernal Institute led initiative to deliver a National Scientific Instrumentation Repository.

 

IComp - The Irish Centre for Composites Research

IComp - the Irish Centre for Composites Research carries out extensive research in the area of modelling and testing of composite materials and structures. IComp provides research, consultancy, training and information services to the composite materials industry in Ireland. The centre has outstandingly well-equipped laboratories and computational resources, with the capability to manufacture, test, inspect and analyse virtually any type of composite structure. Materials & Surface Science Institute

The Materials & Surface Science Institute, is a centre of excellence generating state-of-the-art fundamental research on topics of industrial significance in the fields of surface science and materials. MSSI priority research themes are Biomedical Engineering & Biomaterials; Composite Materials; Pharmaceutical Materials and Materials for Energy & Environment. MSSI research focuses on applications in Health, Transport, Energy and  Clean Technology. MSSI expertise covers the full range of materials, supported by state of the art infrastructure and facilities.
