How to activate your UL student account

Your initial password has been sent to you as part of your offer.

Before you can access IT Services, you must activate your account by completing the following tasks:

  • Register for Multifactor Authentication (MFA) & Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)
  • Change your initial password. (Passwords must be greater than 8 characters using a mixture of alphanumeric and special characters).
