Brief Description
The BA (Hons) in HRM & the Future of Work is a Level 8 programme offered on a part-time blended learning basis at the University of Limerick. It is a comprehensive programme covering key areas of human resource management (HRM), learning and development (L&D) and employment relations as well as broader related subjects such as economics, sociology and law.

The BA in HRM is particularly attractive for those who are interested in gaining a third level qualification in the area of HRM/employment relations.

The programme is delivered on a blended learning basis. Material for each module is posted online for students to engage with at a time that suits their schedule. There are also four in-person on campus sessions each semester. All on campus days take place from 9am-6pm in the Kemmy Business School (KB1-12).

A minimum Level 7 qualification in HR or a cognate area. Applicants must also have a minimum of two years work experience with at least six months experience in a management, supervisory or other equivalent experience.

- Photo or Scanned original copy of your transcripts for all years of study. (Graduates of UL need only provide us with their Student ID number.)
- Photo or Scanned copy of passport to verify ID and full legal name.
- A copy of your most recent CV.
- Applicants who do not have English as their first language may satisfy English Language requirements:
- If your qualifications have been obtained in a country where English is an official language this will suffice
