Leader identity is concerned with how individual leaders perceive themselves in their role, and how their values, beliefs and attitudes shape their approach to, and performance of their role. Our research interests focus on better understanding and advising on leaders’ identification of themselves as leaders, and their perceived authenticity of self in role.
