The Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs plays a pivotal role in overseeing the academic programs and policies within AHSS and the University. They collaborate with faculty members to develop and deliver modules and programmes, ensure adherence to academic standards, and oversee student progress. Additionally, they serve as the primary liaison between the Faculty and Academic Registry on a wide range of administrative tasks, such as scheduling classes, managing the grading process, overseeing progression decision entry meetings and exam boards, and allocating academic resources.
