Welcome to University of Limerick. This page will provide you with more information to support your introduction to learning at UL. The Autumn Semester of the 2026/7 Academic Year begins for most programmes on Monday 7th September 2026 (unless advised otherwise by your Course Director/Administrators). 

Of particular importance, please note:

  1. The Before You Arrive section which outlines the Admin Setup Tasks you must complete in order to access our University systems. You will receive an email from UL advising you when to complete these online tasks.
  2. The Orientation and Online Induction webpage. This page provides more information about Orientation and Online Induction, in the lead-up to the commencement of your studies. From this page you can also browse some welcome videos, additional useful information, and the virtual campus tour.
