Biography
Prof Walker holds the Bernal Chair in Pharmaceutical Powder Engineering at UL and is a Visiting Research Professor at QUB. His interersts are in pharmaceutical engineering, process engineering and mathematical aspects for materials processing.Prof Walker is Co-PI of SSPC the SFI research centre for pharmaceuticals

He has >165 international journal publications (h-index = 33, >4700 citations, Scopus).Prof Walker has 5 patents and is Scientfic Director of two university spin out companies "ADFerTech" from Queen's University Belfast (www.adfertech.com) and "Innovative Particle Processing, iP2" from University of Limerick.
