Dr Hope Davidson is a former solicitor and an Irish Research Council Scholar. She has a BA in History from Trinity College, an LLM in Health & Care Law from University College Cork, and a PhD from the University of Limerick. Her doctoral thesis was entitled 'Decision-making in dementia care: from protection to participation'.
