Biography
Dr. Elaine Kinsella is a chartered psychologist with experience working in academia and business consultancy. Elaine is passionate about creatively using psychology to understand and tackle organisational, clinical, and social challenges. She currently works as a psychology lecturer and professional researcher at the University of Limerick in Ireland, and has published a number of articles and book chapters on the topics of heroism, leadership, brain injury and concussion.
