Biography
Andreea Corbeanu is Assistant Professor of Work and Employment in the Department of Work and Employment Studies at the Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick. She is the Administrative Secretary of the European Association of Work & Organisational Psychology (EAWOP), and a member of the Romanian Association of Industrial Organisational Psychology. She regularly engages in consultancy roles in a range of projects, across both start-ups and well-established, global companies. Prior to joining UL, Andreea taught at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Bucharest.Andreea's research interests include: job performance, selection, assessment, fairness, job attitudes and individual differences.
