How do I log a call?

If you know your password, log in to our Self-Service Portal (TOPdesk). From here you will be able to view information on what IT Services are available at UL, and if required, you can log a call by using the ‘Ask Us’ function or by completing one of the online forms. 

I am unable to log into the Self-Service Portal (TOPdesk). What should I do next?

If you have forgotten your password, please use Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) to reset your password. If you are still experiencing issues, you can request a new one by completing an SSPR Reset Form.
