Miriam is working in UL Hospitals as Patient Advocacy & Liaison Services (PALS) Manager. The overall aim of this role is to improve patient experience, and ensuring that the voice of all involved in receiving and delivering healthcare is central to this improvement aim.
Miriam has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, graduating with a degree in Physiotherapy, extensive clinical career and then a very successful transition to management roles, incorporating change and project management. She is also a Professional Executive & Personal Coach.
She is passionate about effective engagement strategies, communication excellence, patient participation and quality improvement.
