Ms. Jill Pearson

Biography

Jill received her MSc in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and her BA in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. She was the inaugural Course Director of the MSc in Work & Organisational Psychology. Jill lectures in employee wellbeing, careers, organisational behaviour and research methodology on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the Kemmy Business School. She recently won a teaching award at the University of Limerick for her positive impact on the student experience.

Jill has lectured at the London Business School and the London School of Economics. She has also worked as a Consultant to a number of multinationals and as an HR Practitioner in both the private and public sectors. Jill was awarded the Government of Ireland Scholarship for her PhD research on "Managerial Career Mobility" which uses event history analysis. Her research focuses on careers.
