In August 2022, UL was awarded €2,193,148 by the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science for key capital investment priorities, including:
- Investments to support universal access
- Energy efficiency and decarbonisation upgrades
- General ICT and equipment-related upgrades
- Health and safety works, and other building upgrades
- Minor works and equipment.
This funding will help us to respond to climate objectives and assist with making energy upgrades, together with enhancing supports for students and staff to ensure that our campus is inclusive and accessible for all.
