Work ability refers to a person’s ability to meet their job requirements over the course of their working lives, whilst maintaining their physical and psychological wellbeing. Ensuring work ability requires the provision of opportunities and resources to workers so that they experience sustainable career longevity and can engage meaningfully in work as they get older. Our particular research interest lies in how organisations can motivate and support individuals to continue working as they grow older.  Indicative projects and allied faculty are identified below.
