Exercise and recreation are fundamental to good health and well-being across the lifespan. Older people and people with disabilities experience barriers to accessing suitable exercise and recreation opportunities.
The A.R.I.S.E project will bring people with a variety of expertise together to co-design an inclusive outdoor activity and recreation space to support health and well-being for all members of our society.
