Events
Class Reunions
Each year, we invite back to campus those who graduated 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 years before. Class Reunions provide graduates with the chance to catch up with their classmates, revisit old haunts and learn about new developments at UL.
International Alumni Events
Furthering our plans to raise UL’s profile internationally, while providing an active network for our alumni, former students and friends of UL based overseas, UL Alumni is delighted to host several events annually in key international locations. To ensure you are informed of upcoming UL Alumni Events in your area, please follow our social media accounts and update your details with us.
Annual Alumni Awards
In 2006, UL Alumni launched the first-ever initiative to recognise outstanding graduates. Since then, at a special black-tie event every year, Alumni Awards are presented to UL graduates who have made outstanding contributions within their individual spheres.

UL Affinity Card
As a member of the University of Limerick's graduate or campus community, you are offered the unique opportunity to avail of a Visa Credit Card which benefits both you and UL.
You get a great rate and Bank of Ireland gives back to UL through UL Alumni every time you spend on your UL Affinity Credit Card.

UL Library
Alumni are entitled to a free Alumni library access card.
University Arena
UL Alumni can enjoy the following discounted rates at UL Sports Arena:
- Full membership (gym/pool & classes) - €46 per month direct debit, no contract
- Full annual membership - €470
- 6-month membership €285
To avail of these rates, simply inform Reception when signing up that you are a UL graduate or contact sales.ulsport@ul.ie.
University Concert Hall
By joining the Friends of UCH membership programme, you will be supporting the venue’s ongoing work while helping to keep its events diverse and ticket prices accessible. Membership also offers the opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded people who share a passion for music and the arts.
UL alumni can now enjoy a 20% discount on their first membership using the code NEWFRIENDS online or by calling the Box Office. Alumni can also avail of a 10% discount on renewals thereafter by calling the Box Office on 061 331549 (Monday to Friday, 1pm–5pm).
