You’ll explore how to set clear, meaningful goals with your team, give and receive effective feedback that supports growth, and manage difficult conversations with confidence and empathy. The micro-credential also helps you to reflect on your own leadership approaches and build stronger, more supportive staff relationships. 

This module can be taken as a standalone micro-credential.
