Free, Confidential and available 24/7, 365 days

An online peer support mental health and well-being platform.

Supports include:

  • 24/7 Peer to Peer Support
  • Courses, Resources, & Self Assessments
  • Signposting to Local Resources
  • 24 Hour Support from Wall Guides


Additional Online Supports include:

  • Wellbeing workshops by the HSE
  • Resources for young people by A Lust for Life
  • Mental health, group, and peer support by turn2me
  • Eating disorder support via Bodywhys 
  • You can register for Bodywhys new Student Support Group for support with transitioning to university life here: Student Support Group (aged 19+)
  • For those bereaved by suicide -  support via HUGG 
  • Coping with grief after bereavement from the HSE
  • Text support via 50808Text 50808 is a 24/7 Crisis Text Line where you can engage via text with a trained volunteer - text 'UL' to 50808.
