The Educational Assistive Technology Centre (EATC) at UL works to foster and promote inclusive practice for teaching and learning. We achieve this through initiatives which include:

  • Providing assistive technology to students to help with their learning needs
  • Embedding accessible practice throughout the University
  • Designing and implementing inclusive projects.

The EATC also advocates for the introduction and immersion of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) across campus. Acknowledging the ever-increasing diversity of our student body, UDL-based practices are designed to identify and remove educational barriers and facilitate a more equitable and inclusive learning environment that benefits all learners.
