Every year, University of Limerick conducts the Early Careers Employer Survey across 400 employers from diverse industries in Ireland. The results from the survey provide key insights into graduate recruitment trends for employers, students, and higher education institutions in aligning educational programmes with industry needs and preparing graduates for successful careers.
