Resilience in the workplace context captures an individual’s capacity to deal with the many challenges, stressors, pressures and obstacles that might form part of the work experience. Our research interests here focus both on how resilience can be developed and strengthened over time, but also eroded or depleted in certain contexts and situations. Indicative projects and allied faculty are identified below.
