Adventure and Water Based Activities with Pedagogy - Module PY4183

Learning outside the classroom is a growing part of physical education and youth development.  

This 6-week micro-credential explores adventure and water-based activities through a pedagogical lens, helping you design safe, effective learning experiences in outdoor and aquatic settings.   

This module is ideal for teachers, coaches, and educators. Through practical labs and lectures, you’ll gain confidence to teach a range of land and water-based activities aligned to the Junior Cycle PE syllabus.  

This module can be taken as a standalone micro-credential or as part of a pathway to a larger award.
