Programme content - Year 1
Core modules
- Lean Thinking/Lean Tools 1 (AU5041) explains the concepts behind Lean tools and examines the elements involved in using them to support an organisation's Lean transformation.
- Leadership & Change Management (AU5033) engages students in three key areas of academic study: Leadership, Change Management and Teams.

- Lean Thinking/Lean Tools 2 (AU5042) expands the principles, tools and techniques of Lean Thinking/Lean Tools I.
- Lean Systems Project (AU5092)Lean Healthcare Project (AU5082) requires students to apply their the acquired knowledge to a business standard, industry focused Black Belt project.

- Quality Science Introduction (M) (MS6041) introduces students to Quality Science methodologies.
- Problem Solving Tools and Techniques (M) (AU5051) provides an understanding of Six Sigma principles and how they can deliver strategic objectives in the manufacturing and service sectors.
