The unique two-year, full-time joint Master of Science in the Psychology of Global Mobility, Inclusion and Diversity in Society (Erasmus Mundus) equips students to understand and address the challenges of diversity and mobility in our societies.
The Global-MINDS Erasmus Mundus programme, which brings together students seeking to contribute to the development of more inclusive societies, is delivered jointly by the University of Limerick, ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, the University of Oslo, and SWPS University.

During this programme, you will
- Learn to manage contemporary social and societal issues in an innovative, evidence-based, reflective, culturally sensitive and sustainable way.
- Develop intercultural knowledge and research in social, cultural and health psychology at two European universities.
- Choose from pathways that will lead you to Poland, Norway, Portugal and Ireland. There are two pathways – Culture and Diversity (Path A) and Inclusion and Health (Path C).
- Complete a 300-hour internship and apply your skills in real-world settings.
- Access international research and career possibilities in intercultural relations, human rights, migration, and global development.
