Acquire specialist skills in research and practice-based inquiry with UL’s three-year, full-time or four year part-time Professional Doctorate in Healthcare Practice.  

Delivered through a blended learning format, the programme combines online modules and on-campus workshops with a substantial research thesis, enabling students to develop specialist and transferable skills in practice-based inquiry. 

Developed and designed in conjunction with health service partners, the programme equips graduates to contribute to innovation and evidence-informed practice across healthcare, government, and non-profit sectors.  

Open to all healthcare professionals, the programme fosters cross-disciplinary engagement, enriching perspectives and promoting collaborative practice

During this programme, you will
