UL’s Masters-level Executive Apprenticeship in Equipment Systems Engineering (ESE) allows you to build advanced technical and professional skills by applying Industry 4.0 and 5.0 principles directly in your day-to-day role. 

Designed for professionals in high-tech manufacturing, this two-year programme is ideal for those who design, optimise, and support intelligent equipment systems — and who want to strengthen their problem-solving, collaborate on emerging technologies, and gain recognition as technical leaders in the field. 

Through a blend of online and in-person learning, you’ll develop expertise in cyber-physical systems and automation, supported by an in-company mentor throughout your apprenticeship journey. 

During this programme, you will
