Build on your expertise to equip yourself with an advanced and integrated understanding of school leadership with UL’s part-time, one-year Master of Education in School Leadership.
Aimed at students who have completed a level 9 Postgraduate Diploma in School Leadership, a primary goal of the programme is to provide aspiring and established leaders with a research informed perspective of leading a learning organisation.
The programme explores the impact of educational leadership, organisational developments, policy enactment and the contextual subtleties within the Irish system in the work of educational leaders.
