Naga Kiran Duggirala, is a former Ph.D student in the Crystal Engineering Research group at University of Limerick, supervised by Professor Mike Zaworotko. He started his Ph.D in 2011 at University of South Florida, Tampa, and transferred to University of Limerick in August 2014. He has 3 years of industrial experience in pharmaceutical pre-formulations. He has a broad research interest in solid-state characterization as well as formulation of drug substances. His  research interests include crystal engineering of ionic cocrystals, with a particular emphasis on ionic cocrystals of lithium and chloride salts. He is a co-author of four publications and co-inventor of four patent applications.
