Meet Wandrille

Wandrille is a recent graduate of the MSc in Design for Health and Wellbeing. He completed his Bachelor’s degree at the Arts et Métiers ParisTech, and worked concurrently on his Engineering Diploma in ECAM Strasbourg-Europe while undertaking the MSc.

The main aim of Wandrille’s MDP was to investigate and redesign the speculum, understanding clinical and patient needs to deliver a speculum that was comfortable, effective, and sustainable, reducing stress and discomfort for patients. Through research, brainstorming, ideation and collaboration with clinical experts, Wandrille developed an effective, low-cost speculum solution which can we used with a wide range of varying anatomies, and ensures clarity for the clinician.
