This week we are going to have a rare heatwave in Ireland .... it is even forecast to hit 30C degrees on Thursday. The last time we hit 30C in Ireland was 2013. This is very very rare, with the highest temperature recorded in Ireland as 33.3C degrees in 1887.
So make sure you all get out and enjoy the weather on our beautiful campus. BUT (Mom Voice) stay safe, wear sun cream, make sure you have shade, drink lots of water and of course lots of icecream 🍦
We aren't used to these kinds of warnings here in Ireland #heatwave 14 hours ago
