HR Talent Development's new programme for researchers "Navigate" is designed for those who are thinking about careers beyond academia. Throughout the programme you will have an opportunity to reflect on your career to date, prompt consideration about the direction you would like it to go in with it and equip yourself with the tools you will need to Navigate the change to a career beyond the University, through hands on workshops in CV Building, Interviewee Skills, and Practical Career Planning.
There will be 4 face-to-face half-day sessions for an immersive experience, with the bonus of a one-to-one pre-commencement meeting and a one-to-one career clinic post-completion with one of our external facilitators. This ensures the actions arising from the programme are very much tailored to your needs.
