Job Shadowing
Job Shadowing is a voluntary development opportunity that allows individuals to shadow another staff member to observe how they carry out their role, thereby gaining knowledge and understanding of the skills, responsibilities and competencies required of that role.
This initiative supports the development of skills and competencies to enhance career advancement and provides networking opportunities.
It is a light-touch, informal initiative arranged locally to support the professional growth and development of University of Limerick staff, with guidance and support provided by HR Talent Development. For more information on Job Shadowing, visit the HR Hub(Staff only)
