Counterproductive work behaviours refer to deliberate actions or behaviours that disrupt the work environment, undermine organisational goals, and which, if unchecked, can negatively affect the productivity, morale, health and well-being of the workforce. Our particular research interest lies in the incidences of bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment, and workplace incivility which create difficult, unsafe and often hostile work environments that can have serious personal and legal consequences for individual workers and the organisation as a whole.
